Furniture Removal Fees

Our free* pickup service is for gently used couches with minor wear and tear that are NOT floral/patterned. Washable stains, pet hair and small tears along seems or in concealable areas are ok.

Furniture that has bad pet damage, frame damage, mechanic damage, large rips, peeling leather, permanent stains, missing pieces, or smoke damage could be subject to a fee.

Issues That Lead To Fees:

Old and outdated designs such as floral/patterned couches
Peeling leather
Bad pet damage (accidents, lots of hair, strong smell)
Frame damage
Recliners not working
Large, hard to fix rips or tears
Severe wear, tear or discoloration
Odor
Missing pieces

Couch Removal Fees

Gently Used: FREE
Fair Condition (light damage or staining): $60 tax included
Bad Condition/Old Design: $125 tax included
Sleeper Sofa: $150 tax included

Add-on Couch Removal Fees:

Recliner: +$50

Note: Couches that are an old design/seriously damaged are charged higher fees since we aren’t able to resell the item. Resale is what gives us the ability to offer quicker and more expansive service.

Sectional & Couch Set Removal Fees

Gently Used: FREE
Fair Condition (light damage or staining): $100 tax included
Bad Condition/Old Design: $175 tax included
Sleeper Sectional Bad Condition/Old Design: $250 tax included
Reclining Sectional Bad Condition/Old Design: $250 tax included

Additional Furniture Removal Fees

Gently Used Dining Table: FREE
End, Side or Coffee Tables: $25 each, tax included
Nightstands, Small Entertainment Centers: $50 each, tax included
Dressers or other large items: $100 each, tax included

Note: We only pickup non-couch items in addition to the removal of a couch/sectional/couch set.

Distance Fees

20 miles or less from our store: FREE
20-35 miles: $75 tax included
