Requesting your pickup takes less than a minute and most items can be picked up for free*.
Our free pickup service applies to gently used couches, sectionals and dining sets.
Other items such as armchairs, recliners, coffee tables, end tables, dressers or stained/damaged couches are subject to a fee. We are never able to pickup large armoires or entertainment centers, bedroom sets or mattresses.

- Convenience is Key: We understand that you have a busy schedule. That’s why we work around your timetable, picking up old furniture from your home and handling the hauling for you. No need to take the furniture to the curb, our team will remove the item from your home.
- Condition Worries: Concerned about the condition of your couch? No need. Even if your furniture doesn’t meet our donation requirements, we offer our removal service for a fee. A portion of the profits and furniture from these pickups still goes to support charity.
When to Submit the Form?
While we pride ourselves on our quick and convenient scheduling, it’s best to submit the form as soon as possible. We can schedule pickups weeks in advance to accommodate your schedule, and you can always make adjustments or cancel if needed. Requesting a pickup is entirely free, so there’s no cost to you if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Furniture that is older, seriously damaged, or stained may be subject to a removal fee. Submitting the removal request form helps us assess whether a fee will apply. Currently, we do not remove bed frames, mattresses, or large entertainment centers.
